Q- What does it cost to ship my order?

A- $8 flat rate within the USA only

Q- When will it ship?

A- Most orders will ship within 24 hours. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Q- What is your return policy?

A- We accept returns for refund within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.We accept returns for an online credit for non-final sale items up to 30 calendar days from the date you place your order.Items marked with Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. 

Non qualifying items - smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged will not qualify.  Items must be in its original condition with tags attached.  If your items do not qualify for store credit/exchange you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned.  If arrangements are not made - after 15 days the items will go to a Home that Shelters Women.   

 Q- How do I know if my order was placed?

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
